The $500 minimum applies to LVP installation. It is not a minimum for every service, and it does not include materials or additional services.

What does floating-floor removal cost?

Floating-floor removal starts at $0.50 per sq ft, with a $250 removal-only/service minimum. Additional services and unusual conditions are priced separately as applicable. Flooring type, area, access, disposal and site conditions must be reviewed. This is not a universal removal rate or the $500 LVP installation minimum.

What does the $2.00 per square foot price include?

Standard click-lock LVP installation labor, subject to the $500 LVP installation minimum. Materials and additional services are priced separately after scope review.

Who chooses and purchases the flooring?

You choose and purchase the flooring. Send a box-label photo or product link so we can review the manufacturer’s installation instructions beforehand. This is not automatic product approval or a suitability guarantee. We do not select or recommend flooring products.

Can you remove existing flooring or work on stairs?

We review removal, disposal, stair work and finish details separately. Send photos and relevant quantities so your estimate can identify the work included.

What if I do not know the exact square footage?

Send what you know and say which measurements are still uncertain. We will explain what is needed before a firm installation total can be prepared.

Do you install carpet, tile or hardwood?

Our installation service is focused on floating and click-lock LVP. We do not offer carpet, tile, glue-down hardwood or nail-down hardwood installation.
