How long does it take?
Most standard LVP flooring installations are completed within 1–3 days depending on:
- total square footage
- floor preparation required
- furniture moving
- stair installation
- removal of existing flooring
Smaller projects may be completed in a single day.
Do I Need To Buy Materials First?
Not before requesting an estimate. You can send photos and approximate installation square footage first.
You choose and purchase your flooring. Send a photo of the flooring box label or a product link so we can confirm whether it fits our click-lock LVP installation service.
We do not select or recommend flooring products. Pickup or delivery may be available when arranged and included in your estimate.
Do You Move Furniture?
Yes. Furniture moving may be available as an additional service and is priced separately when applicable.
Send photos of the rooms and identify any large or heavy furniture so we can review the work and include any agreed furniture moving charges in your estimate.
Do you remove old flooring?
Yes. We remove many types of floating flooring, laminate, and carpet prior to installation.
Do you handle subfloor preparation?
Yes. We can address many common subfloor issues to help ensure a smooth and long-lasting LVP installation.
Do you install transitions?
Yes. We install appropriate transitions between rooms and different flooring surfaces when included in the agreed project scope.
Transition requirements, materials and any additional labor are reviewed during estimating. Your estimate will identify applicable charges before work begins.
Can you install over existing flooring?
In many cases, yes.
LVP flooring can often be installed over glued down vinyl/linoleum, glued/nailed hardwood, tile, or smooth surfaces if the subfloor is stable, flat, and properly prepared.
However, some floors may need removal first.
Photos of the existing floor help determine the best approach.
